Has it affected your self-esteem, your self-worth, your self-love? It had affected mine. I received a one-on-one coaching session on the weekend and the chains were finally unlocked and the chains fell to the ground, and I gave the child in me the validation it was looking for and I also gave the adult in me the validation it needed. I am Worthy, I am Loved, I am my own Hero, and my hair colour, and my weight and the way I raise my children is to the best of my ability.

I am now free to implement boundaries for my personal space within my life. I urge you all to consider getting in touch with your inner child and validating yourself for all you self worth, self respect and self love.
